This Privacy Policy regulates the use of data collected through the Burritas App mobile application and the SIGMOP web platform (hereinafter, "the Application"), designed exclusively for the logistics management and real-time monitoring of assets (trailers, trucks, and dollies) inside the Company's industrial yards.
2. Personal Data Collected
To support the operational features of the Application, we collect the following categories of personal data from yard truck operators ("burriteros"), client users, and authorized supervising staff:
- Identification and Contact Data: Full name, email address, cellular phone number, employee ID, secure access credentials, and user role in the system (Operator, Supervisor, Client, or Administrator).
- Device Data: Unique device identifiers, Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) tokens for sending push assignments and system alerts.
Mandatory Use of Precise Location (GPS)
Real-Time and Background Geolocation: The Application collects precise location data (GPS and network coordinates) of the mobile device assigned to the yard operator. This data is collected both when the Application is open and running on your screen, as well as in the background (when the app is minimized or the screen is off).
Camera and Storage File Access
Camera and Gallery Permissions: The Application requests access to the device's camera and internal photo storage. This use is strictly restricted to capturing and uploading photos as physical evidence when submitting operator incident reports (e.g., damaged trailer couplers, dock blockages, dolly failures).
3. Purposes of Data Processing
The collected data is processed solely for industrial safety, internal operations control, and logistics optimization. Specifically, it is used to:
- Real-Time Route and Asset Monitoring: Display the current position of yard trucks on the supervisor's interactive dashboard map to coordinate trailer movements efficiently.
- Automatic Assignment and Queue Control: Determine the operator's position in the queue of pending movements based on their proximity to designated geofenced origin and destination yards.
- Safety Alert Monitoring: Detect and record speed limit exceedances (the industrial yard limit is 60 km/h) and prolonged inactive times for occupational safety auditing.
- Operational Incident Reporting: Allow operators to attach evidence photos to incident reports, helping supervisors take immediate corrective actions.
- Operational Notifications: Notify operators in real time of new work assignments, priority changes, or workshop maintenance approvals.
4. Data Sharing and Transfer
The Company does not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties for commercial or marketing purposes.
Location and vehicle tracking data may be synchronized programmatically with the Samsara IoT tracking platform for fleet telematics and maintenance auditing. Additionally, data may be shared with competent authorities only if required by applicable legal frameworks or judicial mandates.
5. ARCO Rights and Revocation of Consent
You have the right to access, rectify, cancel, or object to the processing of your personal data (known as ARCO rights in Mexican regulations). You may also withdraw your consent for location and background tracking at any time by turning off location services in your device settings or contacting your supervisor.

6. Data Security and Retention
We implement administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal data from loss, alteration, unauthorized access, or destruction. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in regulatory requirements, operational needs, or upgrades in our Application. We will notify you of any changes by updating this document and publishing alerts within the Application.
